How much is a callout?
We tell you the callout fee on the phone before we come. After that, every job gets a fixed price before work starts.
Do you do after-hours emergencies?
Yes. Burst pipes, gas leaks and sewage overflows are handled after hours by phone. Planned work happens 7am to 6pm, seven days.
Should I repair or replace my hot water system?
It depends on the age and the fault. Systems under about ten years old are often worth repairing. We give you both prices so you can decide.
Where is my water main?
Usually near the water meter at the front boundary, under a small cover. We are happy to show you on any visit.
Do you service units and businesses?
Yes, including body corporate work, cafes and shops. We can work around your trading hours.
