Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key or a code. We text when we arrive and when we leave.
Do you bring your own products?
Yes. Everything, including the vacuum. Our products are plant-based and safe for kids and pets.
What is the bond-back guarantee?
If your agent asks for anything to be re-done after our end-of-lease clean, we come back and do it free within 72 hours.
Are you insured?
Yes, with public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
Can I skip a regular clean?
Of course. Give us 48 hours notice and there is no charge.
