What we build

New homes, extensions, renovations and outdoor rooms, all run the same way.

What we build

  • A modern two-storey home lit up at dusk
    01

    New homes

Custom homes on your block, from slab to handover, including sloping and narrow lots.

  • A rendered rear extension going up on a brick house
    02

    Extensions

Ground-floor and second-storey additions that match the house you already have.

  • A kitchen with a marble island and timber floors
    03

    Renovations

Kitchens, bathrooms and full internal renovations, managed as one job.

  • A covered outdoor kitchen and bar under a timber batten roof
    04

    Decks and outdoor rooms

Covered decks, patios and outdoor kitchens that tie properly into the roofline.

How a build runs

Six stages, and you will know which one you are in at every point.

  1. 01

    Consultation

We look at the block, the budget and the brief, and tell you plainly what is realistic.

  2. 02

    Design and pricing

Working drawings and a fixed price, itemised so you can see where the money goes.

  3. 03

    Approvals

We handle building approval and the paperwork with council and the certifier.

  4. 04

    Slab and frame

Site works and the slab, then the frame goes up. You get photos every week.

  5. 05

    Lock-up and fit-out

Roof, windows and cladding, then the inside comes together.

  6. 06

    Handover

A final walk-through together, a defects list we close out, and your keys.

Before you build

The questions most people ask at the first consultation.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. Your contract price is fixed for the scope you sign. If you choose to change something, we price the variation in writing before any work on it starts.

Who handles building approval?

We do. We coordinate the drawings, the certifier and council so you are not chasing paperwork.

How long does an extension take?

Most single-storey extensions take a few months on site once approval is through. Your quote includes a stage-by-stage schedule.

Can we live in the house during the build?

Usually, for most of it. We plan the noisy and messy stages together so you know when it is worth being elsewhere.

Are you licensed and insured?

Every Ridgeline job is covered by our builder licence and the required home warranty insurance. Our licence number is shown on our About and Contact pages.
