Good to know
Do I need a patch test?
If you are new to us or have not had colour in six months, yes. It takes five minutes, at least 48 hours before your appointment.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us 24 hours notice so someone else can have the spot. You can reply to your confirmation text.
How long does balayage take?
Around three hours, including toning and a blow-dry. Bring a book, we will bring the coffee.
Do you cut curly hair?
Yes. Jade specialises in curly cuts, done dry so we can see how each curl sits.
Can you do bridal parties?
Yes, in the studio or on location. Book a trial first so we can plan the look together.
